As a helpful tip, you may update the Timezone on the main Sched page (right-hand column under the communications icons) to adjust your schedule accordingly.
Download Zoom. Keep your microphone muted if not speaking. You have the option to show your video during each session if you chose to.
Simply navigate to the session you wish to attend, and click the white button that says "OPEN ZOOM" to enter that session.
At the end of each session, a link will be provided with a survey link. Simply complete the survey. Following the conference, you’ll receive a digital certificate e-mailed to your address provided detailing your session attendance.
The sessions will be recorded and videos will be posted on Sched following the conference as soon as our team can post them. They will appear on each session’s page. You will receive a post-conference e-mail alerting you that they have been posted.
The videos will also be posted in the Advisor Resource Center at https://www.deca.org/advisors.
