DECA ADVISOR PROFESSIONAL LEARNING VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE
July 17-18, 2024
Thursday July 18, 2024 3:00pm - 3:45pm EDT
Are you looking for an immersive, real-time exercise that allows teams of up to three students to work, brainstorm, and execute business and marketing plans together in a simulated world? Then the Virtual Business Challenge is the competitive event for your DECA members to get involved in this school year! With eight different VBC tracks offered, there is something for everyone. Whether your members are interested in fashion design, sports and entertainment marketing, accounting, managing a restaurant, running a retail business, operating a hotel, spotting the best entrepreneurial opportunities or making millions in net worth, they will have a fun and engaging competition experience no matter which track they choose! This session will focus on providing an overview of the VBC and how to get your DECA members involved. We will also discuss the DECA Digital Presentation Skills Challenge which gives your members the opportunity to relate their simulated experiences to real world situations.
